Our salvaged cypress gourmet serving trays were one of the first products we launched in the fall of 2009. Before our favorite craftsman moved up to New York for the summer, we hinted that it would be super-fantastic to have a few more of those cool serving trays. Et, voila! Salvaged Melasse (mess/mix) Gourmet Serving Trays! They are back, in LIMITED EDITION, because we only allow the best salvaged cypress to become one of our gourmet trays! We clean and sand the salvaged wood then seal it for protection. These trays make such a statement, you may be tempted to hang it on your wall like a work of art.  Proceeds from the sale of our Salvaged Cypress Tray series benefit Rebuilding Together New Orleans to help support their efforts of rebuilding homes and lives along the Gulf Coast.
